This homily outline focuses on the Gospel that takes place on the Sunday within the Octave of Christmas and discusses the childhood of Jesus and how it correlates to the virtues of family life. Questions in the outline are designed to use teachings from the Catechism to shed light on our current societal situation. Also included are scripture readings and reflections to take to prayer and meditation. This outline can help you bolster your homily and, with the Lord’s guidance, inspire your congregation.
