We are seeking a mission-minded Church Success Specialist to help parishes successfully implement Communio’s ministry model nationwide.

The Church Success Specialist serves as a trusted coach, consultant, and implementation leader for a portfolio of parish partners.

Success in this role requires someone who can build trust with pastors, priests, parish staff, and ministry leaders while ensuring consistent execution of Communio’s ministry model at a high level. The right candidate combines strong people skills with operational discipline, proactive communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

You will guide priests, parish teams, and ministry leaders through onboarding, planning, implementation, and ongoing ministry execution—helping parishes move from vision to measurable Kingdom impact.

This is not passive account management.

This is a high-touch relationship and ministry execution role for someone who loves people, systems, accountability, and helping the Catholic Church evangelize through healthy relationships, marriage, and family life.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and support 25 parish partners implementing Communio’s ministry model.
  • Build trusted relationships with priests, parish staff, and ministry leaders.
  • Lead parishes through onboarding, implementation, outreach, and ongoing ministry execution.
  • Ensure parishes consistently apply Communio’s model, processes, and ministry best practices effectively.
  • Provide proactive follow-through, accountability, and strategic guidance throughout implementation.
  • Help ministry leaders develop Relationship Culture Teams and Mission Plans.

Our Sales and Marketing team is growing fast — and we need a Sales & Marketing Operations Manager who can bring order, insight, and operational excellence to our efforts.



What You’ll Do

Own the Systems

  • Administer and optimize our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity across contacts, pipelines, workflows, and campaigns.
  • Integrate and manage tools that connect HubSpot to marketing, events, and reporting platforms (email automation, LinkedIn, calendar tools, etc.).
  • Maintain dashboards for sales, marketing, and leadership visibility into KPIs and funnel performance.

Drive the Process

  • Standardize and document sales processes — from lead intake to close — ensuring consistency across teams.
  • Develop and manage automated workflows for lead assignment, follow-ups, and client communications.
  • Partner with marketing to track campaign attribution, optimize lead scoring, and improve conversion rates.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing training for sales team members on HubSpot and related tools.

Enable the Growth

  • Generate insights and reports that help the CSO and team make data-driven decisions.
  • Track and forecast revenue metrics, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve visibility and accountability between marketing, sales, and client success.


Who You Are

  • You’ve got 2–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • You’re a HubSpot power user — comfortable with workflows, reporting, deal stages, and marketing automation.
  • You love systems and processes but you also understand the human side of sales and marketing.
  • You’re analytical, organized, and unafraid to get your hands dirty cleaning up a messy CRM.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial team and are comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • You’re mission-driven and excited to help churches and schools grow their impact in their communities.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Zapier, AirTable, or reporting tools like Google Data Studio or Power BI.
