Ghostly Games!

These “Minute to Win It” style games can be played with a one-minute timer or in teams. Just make sure to encourage one another and have fun!

Witch Hat Ring Toss

For this spin on a classic ring toss game, all you need is a witch hat and some tossing rings. You can also cut the center out of paper plates. Toss the rings over the witch hat and see who can ring it! Play against the clock (most scores in one minute) or in teams (each player gets 3 tries).

Mummy Wrap

For this silly but fun activity, you’ll need toilet paper or white crepe streamers. Pair up and compete to see who can empty the entire roll of tissue or streamer paper, wrapping the other up like a mummy. If the paper breaks, tuck it into a previous wrap and keep going!

Candy Corn Chopstick Challenge

This game can be played individually or as teams. Lay out a handful of candy corn on the table and set a timer for one minute. Each player takes turns trying to pick up as many pieces of candy corn as they can with chopsticks and put them into a bowl. Most candy wins!

Boo Blow

Use a black marker to draw ghost faces on white plastic cups and place them on one side of a table or island. Two players face off at a time. Using a straw, each player tries to blow the ghost across the table until it falls. Fastest boo blow wins!

Connect and Discuss the Gospel

Before you eat the candy corn, take a moment to talk through what it means to live out your faith together as a family — use the Be a Candy Corn Christian activity to guide the conversation.
