Emmaus 90 is an email-based ministry that encourages couples to grow in love for God and each other by encountering and praying with married saints. It is primarily designed for individual married couples but can be practiced with a group of couples or mentor/mentee couples who meet weekly or monthly to discuss the content. Participants are sent daily emails for 90 days focusing on one married saint, along with related readings, challenges, and prayer prompts. While each participant completes the program separately, they are encouraged to set up a daily check-in time with their spouse to build closeness and discover ways to love each other better. Emmaus 90 helps develop deeper relationships with familiar saints and practice strong habits for living with accountability to your spouse.
